Super Sips & Snacks for the Big Game

It’s almost game time and just because our super bowl parties are going to look a bit different this year, doesn’t mean our super bowl snack table has to too! We’ve rounded up three simple recipes to make for the game and are sure to make your taste buds happy. First up on the menu is a tomatillo guacamole because let’s find a reason to spice up a classic. Next up is easy sheet-pan grilled cheese. Why? Because who doesn’t love grilled cheese! Lastly, boozy blended Arnold Palmer because… obviously! No explanation needed. Tomatillo Guacamole

Yield 2.5 Cups | Time 10 Minutes

  • 3 Chopped Avocados

  • 1/2 Cup Tomatillo Salsa

  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Kosher Salt

Mix tomatillo salsa, lime juice, and salt with a fork in a medium bowl. Pit and peel avocados. Add avocados to mixture and mash until incorporated but still chunky. Season with kosher salt.

Easy Sheet-Pan Grilled Cheese

Yield 6 servings | Time 20 Minutes

  • 6 Tablespoons Mayonnaise

  • 12 Slices White Bread

  • 3 Cups Grated Cheese

  • Kosher Salt & Black Pepper

Place rimmed pan in oven and preheat to 450°F. Spread mayo on one side of each slice of bread. Arrange 6 slices, mayo side down, on second rimmed pan. Assemble sandwiches. Place preheated baking sheet on top. Bake for 15 minutes.

Boozy Blended Arnold Palmer

Yield 4 servings | Time 20 Minutes

  • 8 Black Tea Bags

  • 5 Tablespoons Sugar

  • 3.5 Cups Lemonade

  • 1 Cup Vodka

  • Ice

  • Lemon Wheels

Brew black tea. Freeze lemonade and tea in ice cube trays until solid. Blend lemonade and tea cubes and 1 cup vodka in a blender until smooth. Pour frozen mixture into four glasses and garnish with lemon wheels.
