Our clients don't totally know what goes on behind the scenes, but the Listings Team comes together every week to strategize on each property's needs. The spectrum is broad, from a consultation on what to de-personalize in your home, to bringing in our own furniture to stage a vacant home, all the way to meeting with contractors and picking out the design materials. Suzanne and Becky both have an eye for design. They collaborate on projects at times and are known for influencing the design plans for some of the new construction homes in our market.
