“My wife and I happened to meet Thais by chance, at an open house back in March 2020. After speaking with her for a bit it, was quite apparent to us, that she was extremely knowledgeable and had a passion for her job. We had our hearts set on moving to Bedford, which was challenging due to the low inventory and high demand of Bedford real estate. My wife and I were also very particular about the many things we wanted our new home to have. She has a way of making you feel like you’re the only client she is working with even though she clearly has many other people on her calendar that are likely thinking the same thing. With her many connections to the area, she coordinated a number of off market showings for us that were very close to what we were looking for, but just not quite the right fit. Along our journey to find our ideal home, Thais was incredibly informative and educated us on the realities of the red hot housing market and knew what we were going to have to overpay due to the many comps she frequently shared with us. These proved to be invaluable lessons for us, because when that time came for us and we found our potential home, we were prepared with the knowledge of how competitive an offer we would need to make. Whether it was the urgency of putting together a same day proposal or helping us strategize when there was a second round of offers, Thais never made us feel pressured and was a calming force during a naturally stressful time for any potential homebuyer. From being the first to congratulate us when our bid was accepted to always being quick to respond to every question we had right up through our closing, I’m honestly running out of adjectives to describe how highly I think about Thais. I would recommend Thais to any friend or family member in the market for a new home without reservations.

“I deliberately waited well over a year to write this review, because I wanted to be able to discuss how dedicated Thais is, not just before your purchase a home, but after. The character of a salesperson is seen post-sale, when they have nothing to gain from you, and I can honestly say Thais is someone who truly cares for her clients from day one and never stops. First off, Thais was one of the only agents we spoke to who really took time to not only understand what we were looking for in a home, but really LISTEN and take our desires in to consideration with every recommendation she made. She never tried to upsell us, never sent us listings that weren't relevant, and made sure to make note of every little detail we wanted. I can honestly say, that it was because of her excellent ability to listen to our needs that she was able to find a home that we didn't even know we wanted. This home didn't have the greatest pictures in the listing and seemed to be overpriced from what we saw online. Thais took the time to look at the house personally, before recommending it and knew that once we saw it, we would want it. She was 100% right. Not only was she able to help us find the home that we initially dismissed, but she also helped negotiate our price well under the asking price without having to waive any inspections or anything along those lines. She even helped negotiate with the owners to pay for small repairs that were needed post-inspection. Amazing. But where things really came to fruition was after we bought our home.
